Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 September 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and Dyal Solutions Ltd ("we", "us") for use of the Dyal website, dashboard, public booking pages, the Dyal iOS app and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. The Service
Dyal helps businesses take and manage bookings. Depending on your plan, the Service includes:
- Online booking pages and embeddable booking widgets.
- A booking dashboard on the web and in the Dyal iOS app, with notifications.
- Availability, staff, resource and team management.
- Payments and deposits through Stripe Connect.
- Discount codes, email campaigns, reviews and booking insights.
- An optional AI phone assistant that answers calls and takes bookings.
- Calendar sync with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook.
3. Accounts
- You must be 18 or over and give accurate account information.
- Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and your team members' accounts.
- Business owners can invite team members and control their access.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are purchased on dyal.co.uk and billed in advance in British pounds (GBP), excluding any applicable taxes. The Dyal iOS app is free to download and does not sell subscriptions; it gives access to features included in your existing account.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give at least 30 days' notice of price changes. Customer payments for bookings are processed by Stripe, and a platform fee may apply as shown in your account.
5. Your data and your customers' data
You own the data you put into Dyal. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. When you collect your customers' personal data through Dyal, you are the data controller and are responsible for having a lawful basis and giving your customers any required privacy information. We process that data on your instructions.
If you enable the AI phone assistant, you are responsible for telling callers that calls are handled by an automated assistant and may be recorded, as required by law.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.
- Send spam or unsolicited marketing through the Service.
- Upload malware or try to access accounts or systems you are not authorised to use.
- Reverse engineer, resell or copy the Service except as the law allows.
- Interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
7. AI features
AI-generated responses, call summaries and booking insights may occasionally be inaccurate. Please review important information, such as bookings taken by phone, before relying on it.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update or change features; if we make a change that materially reduces a paid feature, we will give you reasonable notice.
9. Cancelling and deleting your account
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings on dyal.co.uk; it ends at the end of the current billing period.
- You can delete your account in the iOS app (Settings → Delete Account) or on the web. Deletion is scheduled and becomes permanent after 30 days, during which you can reactivate.
- We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or have unpaid fees, with notice where reasonable.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, its software and branding belong to Dyal Solutions Ltd. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your business while your account is active.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
12. The Dyal iOS app
These Terms are between you and Dyal Solutions Ltd, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for any claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the app must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post changes here and, if they are significant, notify account holders by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections given by the law where you live.
